Through nature
In the modern life, many of us experience a distancing from nature, both external and internal.
Maybe we'll feel it
As a feeling of longing
For my belonging and security in the world.
For the satisfaction and meaning of my path for me.
For the connection with my strengths and anchors.
For a time of pause and deep breathing.
For nourishing and healing life energy.


When we are in natural space
It is possible to remember our root essence,
our own strength and our own depth meaning
of life on earth.
The feeling of longing is growing stronger
To live in harmony with all the qualities of nature
that surround us and those that exist within us.
To feel part of the whole net of life
And the whole net that within myself.
